Derry and District Beekeepers have an Apiary in the grounds of Brooke Park, a lovely old historical park in the Centre of the City. The Association meet on the first Wednesday of each month in The Conference Room of the Conservation Volunteers Building in the grounds of Brooke Park. The meetings start at 7pm. During the summer, weekly sessions take place at the Apiary for beginners and those doing the FIBKA preliminary course. In addition educational sessions also take place at the Apiary from time to time. If you’re interested in becoming a member, with or without bees, then get in touch or come to a meeting. You’d be very welcome.
