We can and do offer the following services to the General Public and Groups of individuals:

Education

During the beekeeping year we stock an observation hive and will give demonstrations and talks to any group of individuals. 

This service is very popular with local primary schools.

Swarm Removal

If any member of the public comes across a swarm of bees, please contact us immediately (BY PHONE).  We will arrange to have a beekeeper go and collect the swarm. (Speed is of the essence, as the swarm may take off at any minute). 

Swarms are generally very docile as a rule, however, we would not recommend any member of the public to go near them and encroach on their good nature.

Wasp Nest Destruction

For a small fee, we will go and destroy any wasps nest, provided it is within easy access. 

You will be aware that the local council generally operates such a service also.
